Gecina is a real estate company that owns, manages and develops real estate assets of 20 billion euros at the end of June 2020, almost 97% located in Ile-de-France. Gecina is a real estate investment company listed on Euronext Paris and has nearly 500 employees.

On behalf of Gecina, in partnership with Saentys France, BMA Group Paris had the pleasure of designing and implementing the model-floor of the building Anthos, in Boulogne Billancourt.  It is a building complex with 9.400 sqm completely renovated and divided into 9 floors: an independent and sustainable building. The followed marketing strategy was based on the architecture of the building and its floors, at the same time highlighting the different possibilities of design and development within this atypical configuration.
