Located in the 15th arrondissement, the new headquarters of the group Europe Snacks offers a warm workplace to receive its employees and clients. The cafeteria and meeting rooms were conceived with the purpose of proposing different reception spaces types, always maintaining the group colors.

Even for a well-known and historic asset in the offices market, there is potential for valorisation and differentiation. That was the mission that our client AEW Ciloger trusted us: to renovate a floor of the Tour Franklin, in La Défense. BMA Group answered this request through architectural identity, creation of modular spaces, technical adaptation and valorisation of protected circulations.

In order to leverage the commercialisation of the emblematic building “Society Lorette”, in Paris’ 9th arrondissement, AXA REIM trusted BMA Group and its partner Saentys France, with the conception and execution of its marketing suite. The marketing suite’s reception area takes advantage of the building’s strengths and of a natural architectural concept. It was also given a special highlight to the materials and to a modern communication.

BMA Group design 1,800 sqm of offices for Colonna Group on the banks of the Seine, in Neuilly. Located on the 5th floor of a bright building surrounded by greenery, the 1800 sq m office space is distributed in 4 “petals” around a central and friendly space according to the image of the company. Colonna Group places people at the heart of its values and that is why employee comfort was one of the “drivers” of the layout designed by BMA Group.

4 spaces focused on the future and collaborations. The floorplate offers a comfortable, modern and elegant working environment. All workstations are on the first light and the building offers many services such as a concierge, an auditorium and a catering area. The layout is resolutely oriented towards exchanges and collaborative work by offering teams multiple meeting spaces, conviviality, brainstorming rooms, all in the colours brand of Colonna Group.

High-end connectivity has been installed. The boardroom and brainstorming rooms are equipped with a digital system with screen, wireless connection. A virtual window allows them to communicate with their teams in France and around the world.

Resolutely elegant and modern, the lighting has been the subject of a special study in order to give priority to the natural light and variability for the winter period. The best of furniture in each brand has been chosen, giving elegance and modernity to design; Herman Miller seats, Bisley metal cabinets, Quadrifoglio desks. The joinery of the reception desk and management offices adds finesse and character to the space.

This project, designed hand in hand with Xavier Colonna and his teams, was a real technical challenge because the asset is complex and the work on the light was a real challenge. We are proud to have succeeded in combining this technicality with design, in a period particularly turned upside down by the Covid-19.

On behalf of JP Morgan, BMA Group Paris conceived and renewed Colisée Gardens. This modern office building, includes more than 24.000 sqm of office spaces, divided into 3 adjoining buildings. Located in La Défense, the first european tertiary centre, this building offers its occupants an amazing and calming framework, due to its interior garden and services.

Predictis is one of the French leaders in people insurance, specialised in assets solutions, retirement savings and pensions, serving both individuals and companies.

A company is defined by a culture mix, values and a strong visual identity, which is extremely important, not only for communication and marketing, but also for its workplace. That was the challenged that BMA Group faced when renovating two of Predictis’ agencies, located in Ile-de-France. The purpose was to consolidate Predictis’ identity in these two places, at the same time giving them their own unique environment.

SD Worx is a specialised provider of people solutions across the entire employee life cycle. Offers innovative solutions and personalised accompaniment in different subjects such as payroll and administrative management, time management and digitalisation.

SD Worx trusted BMA Group Paris with the conception and implementation of its new headquarters in Paris. The challenge was to reagroup three entities of the group in the same office. The design should reflect a common communication and image about the group, at the same considering the different specifications of each business area. Therefore, BMA Group created the current SD Worx HQ as a where all the teams could work, socialize and exchange ideas together.
